Re: ISU and TCN?
There was another student on this forum who recently switched from ISU to EC while under contract with TCN, so I don't see why you couldn't do the same, but in reverse -- go from EC to ISU.
Virginia will allow EC RNs to endorse in with 960 hours of work as an RN in another location. But as far as I know, ISU grads are eligible for direct licensure by exam in Virginia. I'm in Virginia myself, but I finished last year, before Virginia changed the laws.
If I were you, I'd call TCN and see if you can switch your contract from EC to ISU; the modules will be different, so you'll need different study guides. (Honestly, first I'd see if they'd let you out of your contract since Virginia isn't an option for EC students unless they finish before 12/31/09, but I doubt TCN will be so forgiving!

)
Good luck, and let us know what happens!
