I graduated From Excelsior back when it was Regents..1994! I was an LVN for 5 years prior to that. I worked OB for a lot of years, but the last 4 years I have been teaching in an LVN program-the same one I went to in 1988! I love it and begin working on my MSN through Walden in Oct.

Hi all,
I graduated from EC in Jan 2007. I'm working in OB postpartum for 6 weeks and then on to L/D for orientation. (started on September 1st). Up until Sept. I was working in an OB/GYN clinic as a Licensed Midwife (not an RN). The hospital scene is very new to me with lots to learn, but they sure do seem to want to push me through QUICKLY. I was hired by the first hospital that I sent my resume to and it is 5 minutes from my home. EC rocks!!
