Eligible for FCCA. What is next? Please, help.

I just passed my last exam (CLEP Growth and Dev.) and, technically, I should be eligible for FCCA. I was told that it takes about 2 weeks for EC to get my CLEP results.
Can somebody tell me what to expect next? I assume it will take some time for EC to send me the FCCA papers. How long does it usually take? Then after I complete it and send it back, how long does it take before they tell me the results? And then how long before I can register for CPNE?
It was so easy with the regular tests. Now I feel a bit lost

They will email you and tell your that you can take the FCCA. You call them and pay for it. It takes a couple of days to get to your home by FedX. They will give you a prepaid return envelope to send it back im. It usually take about 1-2 days to complete. It has to be in their hands within 10 days so don't mess around and put it off.Once its done, you send it back to EC and it usually take about 1-2 weeks for it to appear on the website that you passed.
