EC and nursing concepts

by mona b RN Premium Member

Does anyone know if EC still permits you to take the nursing concepts 1&2 before enrolling? I know they have gone through some changes lately and I am curious if this has changed. I know you cannot take the practice exams unless you are enrolled. I know I should just pick up the phone and call 'em but I figured someone here would know.

Thanks

mona

Mona -

Nursing Concepts 1 & 2 may still be taken prior to enrollment. There is also still the waiver of Nursing Concepts 2 for LPN's graduating from an NLN-approved program within the past 5 years.

Hope this helps!

Hi missnurse,

Yes, I am in the process of completing the pn component of the DCN program. Once I am done with the pn component I am enrolling in EC's asn program.

Everything is well, thanks.
