I emailed them a few days after I took the exam to see when they would do the update. It took a couple of days for them to reply, and they just replied with a cookie cutter message essentially saying that they'll get to it when they get to it (but worded a little more nicely). But they update went through the same day they replied to me. So shoot them an email and see what happens

Being eligible depends when you enrolled in the Excelsior program. If you enrolled before Sep 2007 then you don't have to take FCCA. However, if you enrolled in Excelsior after Sep 2007 then you do have to take FCCA. I know this because I enrolled March 2007 so I was told I don't have to take the FCCA. I just took my last Nursing Concept Sept 30 and I am FINALLY eligible for the CPNE! Yeah!

awesome im from louisiana and just complete my last theory exam on sept 28 have you started to prepare for cpne yet

Nope, I haven't started preparing for CPNE yet. My record just got updated but I am trying to decide which workshop to go to but stressfreecpne is 30-45 minutes from where I live which is Miami Beach. I want to be prepared so any suggestions from anyone is helpful!
