Where to go from here?

Is there anyone who has worked in dialysis and then successfully transitioned into another type of nursing? Although I do enjoy my job in chronic, I am getting a bit bored with the routine and hoping to try something new or learn something new. I feel like I am kind of stuck in dialysis now. Anyone transitioned out of dialysis? What kind of nursing would be a good start? I am thinking of possibly trying to go to acutes if I can't find anything else. But I am hoping to find something different altogether. Any tips or advice?
