Triaditis

I have a patient whose husband died on the operating table. He had been in renal Failure, and I am not sure what kind of surgery they were doing, but it was a simple procedure under General Anesthesia. His wife, who ;is also very young, and very ill just received the autopsy report, and it mentioned Triaditis/Hepatitis. Can you tell me what Triaditis is???
