Hello. I was just hired on in the renal/urology unit as a CNA, and I would love to get some advice regarding successful CNA's on this unit. I am definitely a team player and I love helping whenever/wherever I can, so any advice is most welcome. Nursing is my second career so I understand what it means to be a professional (arrive early and don't expect to leave on time everyday; finish my work even if I am working with a patient when my shift ends; my cell phone will be off). I'll be starting nursing school next summer and they're even willing to work with my school schedule. I'm so thrilled to get this position so I'm hoping you guys can provide me with advice. Thanks!
