I am inSouthern California and looking for RN New grad friendly facilities.
I have worked as a tech before nursing school (unit remolding so no positions available for another 6 months) and also in the Nephrology office. Working with Dialysis patient is my passion and having a hard time finding a facility that will train a new grads.
Does anyone know of any facilities that train?
