New Bundled Rate for Dialysis Facilities

I am wondering how many of you have thought about how the new 'bundled' rate will affect your facility, affect patients and affect staff. The bundled rate, of course, covers medications and labs which were not included before in the composite rate. Will patients not be given meds that they need? Will patients not have the labs that they need? Financially will this be good for the provider? Also, I am wondering what you all think about the QIP Quality Incentive Program... to have only two, anemia management and adequacy is and does not indicate the quality level of care that is being given .. we all know that there is more to quality safe care than that of two indicators... Even the dialysis facility compare website is ridiculous because it does not show a true picture of the facility... What good is it if a patient has their anemia managed perfectly, or has great clearance if they end up with a deadly infection due to lack of effective infection controls being implemented?
