Home Therapies growing pains.....

The dialysis company I work for is really pushing Home Therapies secondary to the Medicare bundling of dialysis payments due to start in 2010. They're offering incentives to Hemo clinics for referrals, no incentives to Home Therapies whom will do all the work. Just wondering if any Home Therapies nurses would like to poll in on this.
