Home Hemo....major questions.....

I'm kind of intrigued by the outcomes being accomplished with home hemo/pd.
My understanding is this modality achieves amazing things for the right patients...lowers the amount of hypertension medications, people are well enough to work and contribute to society. The work is done one on one or two to one (training a support person)...It seems to be verry gratifying for the professionals that are working in the field. Wondered if others could share their experiences with this...I don't see much of a down side to this treatment process.
