Fresenius in St. Louis, MO

I am interviewing for an RN position in St. Louis at Fresenius. Does anyone know what the pay is like? They mentioned possibly getting into a charge position within the year. I have dialysis experience but it is less than 6 months. Anyone have a guess on salary for me? Thanks for your time!
