I have searched and found a lot of old threads but was wondering if anyone could offer any up to date info.
Do you like working there?
How is the starting pay? What state are you in?
How are the benefits? Did you think the training was sufficient?
I would appreciate any advice you can offer. TY
Freseneus helped a lot, I am in 2nd mont training in GA after living homecare, which was horrible for a new grad (home care
). But my manager is the one you would follow even if you dead. Shure pay is ok, compaired to hospital, but they will take you and train you as new grad. I happend to love dialisis(really couple $ less then wellstar or GMC) but no extra (night , weekend) and getting to know my patients, learning their ups and downs...Graeat start, caring employer- after it all depend on you.
