dsi renal has anyone worked for this company???


im from philly im thinking of working for this comapny dsi renal has anyone have any information about them of how they treat there employees

You probably have taken the job already with DSI or not...first time to get into this website but anyways, my husband and I worked for DSI about 2 years and it's not a bad company at all. It may not be as big as Fresenius and Davita so the medical and the dental benefits aren't as good. What I would be more concern about is the actual unit itself. If you can get any feedback about the management in the unit, the patients they have and most especially your co-workers, the better. I was a traveling dialysis nurse before and it doesn't really matter which company it is but how the unit is running. Hope I helped even if it's probably too late
