South Carolina new grads in dialysis making $22-23, most people with experience there make $25-27. If you can handle acute dialysis, they usually make more, $28-32 an hour. Plus you get call back pay for being called in (happens a lot), and some places give you bonuses, etc. call back pay is time and a half usually, and most nurses on call 2-4 days a week. Some places just give you a case rate bonus for being called in. Like $50-100 dollars per patient.
