Dialysis Orientation Packet

Please help....My final project for my BSN degree is Dialysis...(which I know nothing about).. But, I have to do a new employee orientation packet to dialysis...Like i'm just starting for the very first day....Does anybody have any info...labs, procedures,,,,etc, etc.....anything I can use to put together to make a packet...My current hosptial has a dialysis unit....but i have managed to get no where after repeated phone calls, emails, and waiting after my shift to talk to the nurses...(they were pretty busy, which is understandable)...Please help....I need this info asap....and i'll let you dance at my graduation BTW is May 11th.
