DaVita telephone interview. HELP!

Hello everyone. I haven't been on in quite some time and I have a question for those of you who may have experience with DaVata. A recruiter called me today concerning an RN Dialysis job in a town near me. I had applied over the weekend online. The recruiter and I have set up a phone interview for tomorrow at 4pm central time. My questions:

what will he ask me?
what are they looking for in responses?
How can I sell myself to them?

I haven't had a phone interview in ages and am just afraid I may say something silly.

Any advice from anyone would be helpful because right now I am really quite blank.
