I have a tentative possible offer at Davita as LVN. Been reading forums here about Davita for weeks now. They are mostly negative. Makes me even more nervous. But I'm desperate for a change and a new job. So does it really suck? Any good stories? Share your experience good and bad as LVN. And tips what should I do if I am being told by PCT what to do.
