anyone out there working in APN for CKD

Hi I am in Australia working in Darwin in a new model of care for CKD clients - pre dialysis.
I would love to network with others in this area especially if you run your own clinic.

I'm an advanced practice nurse in a large nephrology practice and we have an NP that runs the CKD clinic. We have four more of us mid-levels that see pts on dialysis.

I'm not sure how this site works yet but are you able to contact the NP in CKD
but then I'm not sure how I can communicate directly with them.

Hmmm - I am one of the APNs in the nephrology practice and my job is to see dialysis patients. The CKD NP is one of my co-workers so yes, I can easily contact her.
