Anyone have any input?

I used to work I. Dialysis and really, enjoyed working with the patients. I left because the hours were too long and we were chronically understaffed. Now one of the big 2 companies has a listing for Renal Case Manager. It is not the company I worked for, but the other. I was wondering if anyone works in this role, or along side someone who does and could share some experience. Seems like a job I would enjoy, but wondering if they are equally overworked a d burnt out. Anyone have any input?
