    I hope I can get away with asking this but I really need someone to point me to a good site where i can find info on insulin and weight gain . I am getting very conficking info from my endo doc.

    honestly insulin and weight gain is every endo's little secret...they never told me about it and when I went from oral meds to insulin (I'm type 2 but was trying to get pg so they just put me on insulin) I gained 25 lbs inside of 2 weeks!!! I asked my family doctor about it and he gave me a straight answer which was yes, it can happen, and when I asked the endo about it he dismissed it...

    if www.diabetes.org does not have the info you can try the websites for the manufacturer's of your insulin, or the insert for the medication.
