Unlicensed/untrained workers

by lpn3324

I recently quit a job at a group home for MR/DD kids(under 18)because the woman who owns the facility wants her niece and daughter who are only 19 themselves to run the house and do g- tube feedings and give mneds. These girls have been raised with an aunt and a sister who has C/P,but have had no training. Was I wrong to refuse to risk my license if something went wrong, while they were doing a tube feeding, etc.

Definitely report this to the authorities...while they may have personal experience they need factual training before they can do this!!!!!
