Trying to find MR/DD job in Charlotte NC

I am an LPN relocating from NY and wanted to know if anyone knew any non-profit developmental disability organzations that are in Charlottte. I have decided to keep working in this field. Also what is the range of pay for lpn in this field in Charlotte. Please help.
