The agency I work for currently uses the nurses in employment for on-call coverage for off hours. This is to satisfy requirement by NY for 24/7 nursing availability. Anyway, we're looking at other systems and I'm interested learning about what other agencies do with RN coverage. Personal emails are welcomed as well as posts...
