Hello,
I presume you are experiencing the samme situation as us it appears that dual diagnosis in downs syndrome is a relatively recent phenomena as it is only recently that people with downs have lived long enough, we missed the diagnosis for a long time thinking it was part of the downs we have also had success treating underlying depression (cipramil) which has improved the gentlemans behaviour please keep us posted
