Learning Disability nursing

hey there I am new to allnurses

I am currently working in scotland as a learning disabilities nurse, I have my diploma in nursing and also a degree in Health Studies. My partner has been offered a job in Dubai and we are moving there in april this year. I was wondering if anyone knows whether there is such a thing as a learning disabilities nurse or developmental delay nurse in Dubai? please help.
