by kynurse09 Dec 13, '11I am considering a night position in an intermediate care facility with MR and CP patients. Anyone else out there have a job like this? I would be the only nurse there at night with 16 patients? Does this sound safe? What are some of your "Oh No!" moments and how did you handle it alone? I guess I'm a little nervous about this, I have always worked where there were other nurses around to help out in a bad situation, but for some reason I feel drawn to this position!!!! Sound weird???
