Help anyone?

Working in Saudi Arabia in a facility housing physico-mental developmentally disabled people. What are the job discription of a developmental disability nurse? And what are the needed knowledge and skills to work in a facility with this kinds of patients? Any site or pages that can help nurses like me?

Try the Developmental Disabilities Nurses Association at www.ddna.org . Wonderful website and I have been able to get a wealth of information from this resource.
