DD Nursing in Ca

I am a DD Nurse for more than 3 years now here in Eu and I am planning to live and work in sunny Ca. I have seen the website of the state Dev Centers and I think their set up is almost thesame with ours here.Im just wandering if there is anyone here who can give me a better idea on how DD nursing is practice in Cal.Thanks..
