contract RN for DD facility- qualifications?

Hi everyone,

I am a new grad working full time in telemetry at a hospital. I been offered a job with the non profit agency I worked for during nursing school as a contract RN. I would delegate med administration and teach, and do assessments on 4 residents a week. I would love to do this, does anyone have any advice etc? How about salary for this?
