by emdonnelly1205 Mar 11, '12I was wondering if anyone else was accepted into UD's Accelerated Nursing Program for the Fall 2012. I received my acceptance at the end of last year. However, I have also been accepted into Thomas Jefferson's Accelerated program and am having a tough time deciding on where to go.
It would be great to hear from current/past students about the program and their experience.

- Mar 19, '12 by DEgalRNI graduated in 2011, is there anything specific that I can tell you about? I know that they made some changes to the scheduling based on some of my classes suggestions, so I'm not completely up to date on how things are run.
It's a decent program that gets you what you're looking for. Most of the professors are really extraordinary. I honestly believe that some of the clinical skills are lacking slightly, although, to be honest, I've heard that's a BSN thing in general. Not to say you don't learn the clinical skills, but to practice you really have to make time to do it yourself. It does suck your life away for 17 months, but that's any accelerated program. It's hard, but it's satisfying.
