Delaware Insititue of Health Sciences LPN Program?

Hi! I'm interested in Delaware Institute of Health Science's LPN program. The website looks good, and I went to their office to drop off my application but the office was closed. The office is a run down building on 4708 Kirkwood Highway. I had trouble finding it because it wasn't marked. It also seems like a shady operation. lol I would love to know if anyone here has any first hand or second hand information about their program. Thanks.
