Delaware Tech nursing courses online?

U.S.A. Delaware

Does anyone know if Delaware Tech is offering any distance learning clinical nursing courses? I know you must go in to the clinical sites for the labs, but for the theory classes do they have any online or telecourses?

No, Deltech doesn't offer clinical courses online. You may find a couple prereq courses like medical terminology but that's about it.

Yes, I'm going to the Deltech in Georgetown, they only offer the nursing prereq classes online. I'm actually about to take clinical math online this summer.

I have just completed my first clinical semester in the spring at Delaware Technical and Community College. They have 3 sections for each nursing class. A day time clinical (6:30 - 1ish) with in-person lectures, day time clinical with lecture DVDs that must be picked up from the college, and evening clinical (around 2:30-8ish i believe) with DVD lectures. However even if you are DVD lecture you must still attend labs, seminars, tests and must spend mandatory lab time inside of the nursing lab. You will normally have one of these a week. It may help you to have DVD lectures, but you will still be spending the majority of your learning experience in-person.

How long does it take to graduate from the rn program they have, including hours in the hospital?

It takes 4 semesters full time day program
