Can RNs perform cosmetic laser procedures in DE?

I work at a plastic surgeons office as an RN. He does laser resurfacing of the skin, laser hair removal, laser treatments for spider veins and more...
Can a registered nurse perform these procedures under the supervision of a doctor in the state of delaware?
Does anyone know where I can go to get this question answered? Thanks!!

Check with your board of nursing re: RNs and laser procedures. You can also check with the medical board to see if they have a position statement re: delegating this task to RNs, PAs, etc.
