trying to find a job as a new grad

I will be graduating in december 2012 and continuing on to a bsn-msn program however I would like to start working it is hard to find a job with an ASN I want to go into nicu nursing and get CNS all the nicu and pediatric jobs are 1-3yrs experience. does anyone know what area would be a start to lead to NICU that will not require experience. I am looking in arizona, miami, charlotte, or houston
