t-wave abnomalities

I am wondering if any of ya'll have seen a t-wave with a notch in it. I am thinking it's from a blocked PAC,as it appears to be a P-wave in the T. Patient is vented and has copd, chf.. Just wish I could draw it or post the rhythm strip for us to discuss it. thanx.
