RN from OR to IMC...advice?

Hi everyone! I am new to this blog so here I go....

I graduated a few years ago and my first nursing job has been in the OR. Has been a great experience but I've been wanting to get back to the floor. I have just got accepted to a position on an IMC unit..any advice on transitioning back to the floor would be great!
