new grad starting in IMCU/PCU

I start my first nursing job in three weeks in the "IMCU/medsurg PCU," and I'm hoping to get a textbook for reference. In school and clinicals I never learned about titrating cardiac drips or managing ventricular assist, etc. I saw a book called AACN Essentials of PCU nursing." Good idea? Or just get the AACN ICU book? Thanks!
