    Hello Everyone,

    I am a new grad interviewing for ICU, this is my second interview with the hospital. The nurse manager wants me to come in and interview with the staff nurse. Need some help with what kind of questions i should be expecting from them.

    Congrats on the interview! My previous career was in HR and I found the Hopkins Nursing interview guide very helpful when I prepped for my interviews. The 2nd group of questions are more what the staff nurses will be asking you. http://nursing.jhu.edu/life_at_hopki..._guide.pdfGood Luck!
