New grad about to start Neuro ICU Job

I am a new grad about to start my Neuro ICU job this April. I have worked the past 2 years on a Medical/ONC unit and am looking for advice about how to prepare myself to begin my job in the Neuro ICU. I will be going through a new grad program and 6 month orientation but want to prepare myself for the challenge ahead. Any advice would be apprecaited.
