    I had an "interview" at the hospital I work for almost 4 years in the ILCU yesterday. She gave me a tour then we sat in her office and talked about the job and orientation and offered me the job!!! I will be working fulltime 7am-8 pm in the step- down ICU!!!!! I'm needless to say excited yet nervous!! any pointers??
