has anyone worked with vigileo for noninvasive monitoring of hemodynamics.

We have the vigileo monitor on our unit but have only used it a few times. We have one Surgeon who has used it for CO/CI monitoring. Our Intensivist is wanting to use it for SVV monitoring for our very critical/septic patients for fluid volume optimization. I hope we get to use it soon, for I am very excited to see how it works.
