CRNA programs

Is anyone currently going for CRNA? If so how difficult is the program? How long does it take to complete? Are you able to still work while you are in the program or is it too time consuming? How competetive is it to get accepted into CRNA programs? How much critical care experience does it require? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Also how are the job opportunities?
