Do a million practice questions. The AACN website has a practice test with rationals for $50, expensive, but helpful, the Pass CCRN! book is really good, as well as CCRN Review... I just passed it yesterday :-), the questions help you find your weak areas and you can read up on the topics you need to in the Pass CCRN! book. Good luck!
