    I iWork at a hospital that wants to get rid of older, higher payed nurses. Say anything negative and your gone. This is happening in all departments. is anyone else expierincing this? They are short staffing us terribly also.

    Document all the "bullying" behavior.

    If they are indeed firing older nurses because of pay, they should file (as a group) a case for wrongful termination.
