2011 Gn needs Employment help!!

Hi, I am recent graduate and dont know what to do. I started applying for a job and have received two offers to work. I was offered in a teaching hospital that is a non-profit hospital, a position in the medical floor and would work nights. I have also received an offer at a for profit hospital a postion in the IMC. I just dont know if a gn would be able to start in the Imc. I have asked instructors from school what they would do and they say it is always best to start in medical. I do not know what to accept anymore. Someone please help me.................
