Work@level 5 male prison and relocating to Maryland!!

I have worked as a LPN in a level 5 adult male prison in Virginia for 3 years now. I have completed my RN ADN recently and awaiting state boards OK--I have researched some prisons in Maryland (trying to relocate)and found that my LPN experience coincides with what they require from RN's. Seems as though a lot of facilities only staff RN's. HELP PLEASE!!! I need to know about pay approx cause MD is so expensive with COL!!!!

Thanks in advance!
