Wage and thoughts for casual Cty jail nurse

I am just wondering if anyone out there is a county nurse and what their wage is. I have been offered a position as a jail nurse in a small county on a causal basis.. 10-15 hours/month. I would be responsible for med set up, health transfer, inmate requests, blood draws ect. I also will be responsible for getting my own malpractice insurance (which I should have already, but do not). What kind of training for someone who has done hospital and public health nursing would you think would be appropriate? Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions and or thoughts on the position and anything I should negotiate. Thank you!
