Ohio Correctional Nursing

by shellsn

I am a new grad in Ohio. Hospital jobs are not available in my area at this time. I have a prior degree in criminal justice and worked in the field for 10 years. I honesty had not considered a job in correctional nursing, but I need a job. I know that I can handle the inmates. Please tell me what the work hours are if anyone knows, 8's, 10' 12's? Is there tutition assistance to advance your degree? Any info would be helpful
